And now back to more design chat! The details and accessories in a space are so important. I know I have discussed this before, but when I see amazing rooms, it's often the little details that make me take the most notice. Here are some more beautiful rooms where the details count!
I love the eclectic mix of styles in these spaces. Pairing traditional pieces with modern, rustic with contemporary and bohemian with chic all work so well. It makes me want to go shopping around my house and create new vignettes!

That touch of gold at the top is so so pretty. I do love gold even mixed with silver, its adds another dimension
I'm working on our bookshelf at the top of the second floor, and I'm constantly rearranging and switching things up. I love finding new combos and these photos offer some great inspiration.
Just a few comments on yesterday's post which I just reread, It is so important to follow what is in your heart and makes you happy as long as that dream does not negatively impact your family. I am older now and never was able to follow my dream for one reason or another. I, till this day, do regret it. It's not because I didn't have a good life, but happiness is so elusive these days, I say "go for it". You are young enough to change course or redo. Have fun
